CBT Group for Chronic Pain

Dr. Olivia Kraus, Postdoctoral fellow at Mission Psychology is offering a structured group, teaching participants effective, research-supported skills for managing pain. This group will be helpful for people with chronic pain from arthritis, past injury, fibromyalgia, migraines, and other medical conditions.

The group will meet weekly for 5 weeks from 9-9:50 a.m. on Tuesdays,  beginning March 31st, 2020. At the end of the 5-week curriculum, group members will have the option to join an ongoing process group for continuing support and learning. 

 All sessions will be at our offices at 7400 Blanco Rd Suite 126.  Many forms of insurance are accepted for either group, patients may contact us for insurance verification. Out of pocket cost is $30 per session.
